In line with the month of Ramadan 1442H, Islamic Tourism Centre (ITC) today ran another one of its Ramadan SEED online webinars, “Ziarah Terdidik”, which places focus on the practise of responsible ziarah.
The month of Ramadan 1442H has entered its closing stages as Syawal approaches, and like previous years, the World #QuranHour returns on 6 May 2021 / 24 Ramadan 1442H, this time around with a focus on the chapter, Al-Mulk (Kingdom).

Today, in conjunction with the month of Ramadan 1442H, Islamic Tourism Centre (ITC) conducted an online webinar, with emphasis placed on staying fit during this month of fasting, to ensure satiety and optimal physical fitness throughout the month of Ramadan, when the fast is observed.
We welcome the month of Ramadan with a special talk about the right diet and nutrition we should adopt throughout this fasting month to keep us healthy and satisfied.
