Description

The Melaka Butterfly and Reptile Sanctuary (Malay: Taman Rama-Rama dan Reptilia Melaka) is a zoo in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, Malaysia.
The sanctuary was opened on 1 February 1999 and officiated by Melaka Chief Minister Mohd Ali Rustam.
The sanctuary was built over an area of 4.8 hectares with a build-up area of 1.6 hectares. The sanctuary has four sections, which are Larva Center, Pupa House, Tarantula Adventure and Bugs Kingdom.
The sanctuary exhibits over more than 20 species of butterfly.
